I am an actress, theatre director, and acting coach. My work originates from the stage and is grounded in years of real experience dedicated to stage creation, actor training, and the constant pursuit of truth on stage.<\/p>

Throughout my career, I've understood that technique alone doesn't stir emotion. What transforms a performance is authenticity, a deep connection with emotion, and the ability to inhabit the stage with honesty. It is from this conviction that I develop my work.<\/p>

As a coach, I support actors and actresses who wish to go beyond technical execution and discover an organic, lively, and deeply human performance. I work from The Method, an approach focused on unlocking emotion, releasing unnecessary tension, and allowing the actor to connect with their stage truth without affectation.<\/p>

My experience as an actress allows me to understand the process from the inside: the blocks, the insecurities, the professional pressure, and the demands of the industry. That's why my guidance is demanding, but also deeply respectful of each performer's individual process.<\/p>

Training with me is not about learning formulas. It's about developing presence, sensitivity, precision and depth. It's about turning every scene into a real experience.<\/p>
